Need a strong Office Manager to run all administrative duties. Small office, very family oriented, team player. As the Manager, this person must have a strong understanding of property management work. The manager will also have strong project management and communication skills for directing and coordinating a variety of facilities projects.
- Requires a minimum of five years background/experience in a similar position
- Requires familiarity with project management principles
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments
- Must possess a broad knowledge of all bank operations
- Must have experience with Yardi property management software.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish). Salary, benefits, medical plan and bonus program
- Experienced only.must have current knowledge
- Training of HOA management including field and office background.
- Able to take full charge of on-going accounts and handle day to day operations of several accounts.
Immediate opening for experienced computer operator.
- Yardi Systems software experience helpful.
- Windows 2000/XP, MS-Office/Excel/Word experience mandatory.
Experienced with maintenance/ carpentry/ electrical/plumbing/ with own tools to start immediately. References/ field work/ must be self starter and have valid California Drivers License.
